Oversized manuscript document written in iron gall ink on off white, laid rag paper. Three sheets joined together with paste to make one oversize document. Wax seal of the state of North Carolina embossed on the wax joining the two documents. The larger of the two documents is a manuscript copy of Grant No. 714 from the State of North Carolina dated 18 April 1783 from North Carolina to Richard Henderson heirs et al for 200,000 acres if land in the Powell and Clinch Valleys.
