Scope and Contents Will Parham photographs of Blount County (6 folders), East Tennesse and North Carolina. Also includes some non-photograph material and negatives. Will E. Parham (1860-1946) was a woolen mill operator, a state legislator, and chairman of the Blount County Court for many years. He was considered “the Blount County historian” before such an office existed officially and spent many years researching the history and the family history of Blount County.
