Fifth annual Jubilee Arts Festival at Jubilee Arts Center in Knoxville (now Laurel Theatre). Friday, February 28 through Sunday, March 1. A group of musicians outisde the theatre play the old-time song "Pretty Little Miss" on guitars, fiddle, mandolin, dobro and banjo.
