Nuncupative will of David Greer made to John Chisholm, signed by John Chisholm. Statement and seal by James White, Justice of the Peace re: John Chisholm’s oath. September 19, 1795. Followed by certification of James White as a Justice of the Peace, made by William Blount, Governor, Territory in the United States of America South of the river Ohio. Signed and sealed September 20, 1795. Also signed by Willie Blount. Note on back by John Sevier that will was non proven in Open Court and will is not supported. Sept. Term 1795. ADS 1 pc. (3 pp.)
