The Better Babies Movement was for "fathers and mothers who place their children before everything else" and the Woman's Home Companion's Better Babies Bureau developed the score card for the Better Babies Contest to promote the movement. Article includes photos: Lyceum Building, Annie Schuber, Sidney June Chastain, Eugene Galyon, Charles T. Cates, Jr., Mary Lura Noel, Nelson Perry Merchant, F.C. Metler.
