Biographical / Historical
"The new dairy hall has been erected on the University farm, situated on Kingston Pike … It is a handsome one story, brick building, with a slate roof and marble trimmings. The main building is 40x80 feet … Over the front door is a marble arch bearing the inscription 'Dairy Hall.'" from "Animal Husbandry: The Dairy Hall" by Andrew M. Soule; published in University of Tennessee Record vol. 4, 1901.
