Bill of Complaint to Judge O. P. Temple, Jacob Widner, John R. Beak, J. A. Pickens, and S. W. Randles of Sevier County and W. F. Nichols of Jefferson County vs Isaac McMahan and W. Y. Henderson, administrators of the estate of Samuel McMahan decd, both citizens of Sevier County, suit against sureties for Sevier County Sheriff James M. McCroskey [1872] [4 pp., incomplete document]. Deed from Mrs. Jama Franklin (Mrs. William A.), Irene Sharp and Ruth Sharp (both unmarried) to Cleo Burchfiel, James R. Burchfiel, Mrs. Daisy Fain (Mrs. J. R.), Lon C. Burchdfiel, George W. Burchfiel, and Ethel Burchfiel a tract of land 800 acres in District 5, Sevier County, one mile east of Sevierville for $55,000, the same land conveyed to the mother of the sellers, Mrs. Mary B. Sharp in 1911 dated March 27, 1925 (typescript, 5 pp.). Memorandum of agreement from Mrs. Jama Franklin (Mrs. William A.), Irene Sharp and Ruth Sharp (both unmarried) to Cleo Burchfiel, James R. Burchfiel, Mrs. Daisy Fain (Mrs. J. R.), Lon C. Burchdfiel, George W. Burchfiel, and Ethel Burchfiel a tract of land 800 acres in District 5, Sevier County one mile east of Sevierville “known as the I. C. McMahan home place” for payment of the sum of $55,000 in six notes over the next year, the same land conveyed to the mother of the sellers, Mrs. Mary B. Sharp in 1911, deed dated March 27, 1925 (typescript, 5 pp.). Trust deed from I. C. McMahan and Earl E. Sharp to Cleo Burchfiel, James R.Burchiel, Mrs. Daisy Fain (Mrs. J. R.), Lon C. Burchdfiel, George W. Burchfiel, and Ethel Burchfiel for $25,000 toward purchase of 800 acres in District 5. Sevier County, March 27, 1925 (typescript 2 pp.). Letter of Guardianship for Ruth E. Sharp by Erle E. Sharp, Sumner County, Tenn., July 2, 1926. Deed from E. E. Sharp and Mary B. Sharp to I. C. McMahan one-half undivided interest in the farm on which I. C. McMahan now resides in District 4 Sumner County, Tenn., for $3000 originally conveyed in 1911 to McMahan and Sharp by Wade and Mary Anderson on April 13, 1912 (typescript, 2 pp.).
