Ross’s history about his father and the history of Rotherwood. Signed typed letter. 1 post card + one undated handwritten note. Also one B&W snapshot of the famous elm tree (at Rotherwood) and three postcards of Rotherwood showing the tree (one labeled ‘the Phipps home’ on the back).
