Scruggs gift, 1 oversize folder containing 4 original documents of Dr. Calvin Jefferson Keyes Moore: his appointment as Superintendent of the Oklahoma Territorial Board of Health, 1899; his medical diploma (signed by James Van Deventer) from Tennessee Medical College (TMC) and diploma from the TMC Society, both Knoxville, Tennessee, 1894; and a certificate concerning his physicians records, Greenville, Texas, 1895. A smaller folder contains 1 copy photograph of Dr. Moore (possibly taken in 1894). (Gift of Carolyn M. Scruggs)
