Harry Burke Papers. Includes: Photographs, negatives, letters, and miscellaneous items from the family of Harry Burke, who was director of the Knoxville Safety Department. Includes photographs from World War II service and photos of Japan (Burke's wife was from Japan). Includes some photographs of Dee, McCrary, Payne and Shaw family members. Also includes Moonshine raid photographs. Contents of Box 2: 5 folders of photos (1930-1968 & undated) 4 folders of negatives (n.d. & ca. 1946- 1948) Most photos that might be of these negatives are ca. 1921-1968. 6 folders of papers (1922-1971; includes original correspondence, dress pattern, newspaper clippings and other papers)
