General
These plans were received in a storage vault from Bill Moorefield as he was vacating his office in the Arcade Building, Knoxville, in February 1983. The plans had been gone through and some removed before receipt by the McClung Collection. In 1984, Mr. Cas Sweetser and Charles Richmond went through the plans again, discarding some, giving some to Mr. Richmond, and leaving a selected pile for the McClung Collection.
