Ruth Moore Paine (1903-1990) was a native of Greeneville, Tennessee. She was married to Clarence Sibley Paine whose career took them to several states. Ruth Paine was a professional genealogist in Wisconsin, Oklahoma, Michigan, and Tennessee. She was a member of the East Tennessee Historical Society and the Blount County Historical Trust These files relate to her parent’s lives in East Tennessee.
