Mounted panoramic photograph, ‘Headquarters, Department of the Gulf.’ Sepia. Edwards & Son, Atlanta, Ga. Photograph is 8.5 x 19.25” mounted on 11.5 x 22” board. Shows group of man, women and children posed in front of building at 198. Many are wearing ribbons or badges. On front row, one African American (or someone dressed to look African American) with hair in scarf and wearing a sign ‘All Samee, Me Likee, CLAUBER, No Leekee.’
